Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Fenchurch Restaurant, and what an absolute treat. The restaurant is in the Sky Garden on the 37th floor of 20 Fenchurch (the cool walkie talkie building) in the City, Central London. The three-floor Sky Garden space is home to London’s highest public landscaped gardens, two restaurants, a bar, and a private dining room all run by our friends at rhubarb. The event space has breath taking 360-degree views of London, with event capacities ranging from 16 to 450 guests.
We were celebrating Mr Dunne’s birthday so had a good excuse to try lots of cocktails in the Sky Pod bar. I can strongly recommend the Pink is the Question cocktail which comes with candyfloss! The bar has stunning views across London, looking directly across to The Shard and down The Thames. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful clear night, watching the sun set across London.
Fenchurch restaurant is situated just above the Sky Pod bar. The food and service were impeccable; as were our drinks, the venue and overall experience. The venue itself is stunning, with an impressive bar and a private dining room suitable for up to 16 guests with unparalleled views across the City. I have been lucky enough to work with rhubarb at a number of events so I know how incredible their food and service are, but I was blown away and it made a lovely change to be the guest for the evening and not the planner! Thank you for another wonderful food experience rhubarb.
