It seems there is little else happening in the UK at the moment other than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's highly anticipated wedding, and we've got all the details.
Finally, the news we’ve all been waiting for – a Royal wedding! We were thrilled to hear that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are engaged and this will certainly mean lots of wedding excitement over the coming months here in London and across the UK.
Last week I was back in one of my favourite places, Dubai. For this visit I’d been invited, as a speaker, to the Planners Xtraordinaire Show. This new show is a closed door congress, bringing together the leading luxury wedding and event planners from across the globe. The show was a chance to spend some time with colleagues from all over the world, in this wonderful eclectic industry, and also share some of my knowledge of managing high-profile events.
Heading into the Autumn is always a busy time of year for industry shows and events. This weekend sees Brides The Show take place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, where our good friend Amie Bone is going to be showcasing some spectacular florals. Sadly I can’t make it as I’m heading to Dubai for the Planner’s Xtraordinaire show but I’m looking forward to seeing what breathtaking designs are on show.
The highly anticipated wedding of Pippa Middleton and James Matthews is now just a couple of days away. The high profile couple have chosen to hold their reception at Pippa's parents' mansion in Bucklebury, Berkshire, following a ceremony at St Mark’s Church close by in Englefield.
