Last week I had the pleasure of attending the luxury wedding business summit Engage!17, in Venice. An incredible week spent with the best of the best in the international wedding and event industry.
Last week I was back in one of my favourite places, Dubai. For this visit I’d been invited, as a speaker, to the Planners Xtraordinaire Show. This new show is a closed door congress, bringing together the leading luxury wedding and event planners from across the globe. The show was a chance to spend some time with colleagues from all over the world, in this wonderful eclectic industry, and also share some of my knowledge of managing high-profile events.

My feet have just touched the floor after returning from Engage!16 last week. What an incredible three days. I mentioned on the blog previously that I was heading out to Puglia in Italy for the luxury wedding business summit, which was held at Borgo Egnazia in the South Eastern Region of Italy.
I'm on countdown in the office, as in two weeks I'll be in Italy at the Engage!16 Europe conference! I'm thrilled to be attending, and more so as it's the first time Engage have brought the luxury business summit to Europe.
As a wedding planner I get to visit many beautiful venues and attend lots of lovely events, just one of the reasons I love my job. Last week I was invited to the wedding showcase at Leeds Castle, in Kent...
